成都雅风阁餐饮管理有限责任公司组建于1998年,是一家以经营高等院校和省市重点中学、中专师生、部队、团队餐饮、后勤服务为主,以社会餐饮服务为辅的专业化的餐饮管理企业。
本着"精烹美食出阁,传承川菜风味,追求高雅品质"的宗旨,公司在1999年便成为成都市烹饪协会的会员单位。2003年,公司由四川省流通行业办公室、四川饮食服务行业中心授予"四川餐饮名店"称号。2005年,公司又被中国市场学会信用工作委员会授予"中国餐饮行业诚信经营企业"称号,其菜品:
"菊花墨鱼仔"、 "冬瓜三文鱼"、 "冬瓜尖鸭舌"被授予"四川名菜"称号,在成都餐饮行业具有较高知名度。2006年5月,公司成功通过IS09001国家质量管理体系认证,为企业的发展打下坚实的基础。
公司现有员工1000余人,其中特级厨师34名:一级厨师112名;二三级厨师数百名:酒店管理专业人员37名。公司总经理岳秀鹏先生在2003年由四川省流通行业办公室、四川省饮食服务行业协会、四川烹饪协会评为"川菜烹饪大师",2005年又被中国市场学会信用工作委员会授予"2005-2006年度中国诚信经营企业家"的称号。
公司现有六所学校食堂已经通过了成都市卫生执法监督所"A"级评审。目前拥有一大批专业技术人才,不仅能经营大众餐,而且能承制公务餐、商务餐、会议餐及婚庆、寿筵等中高档川菜筵席,经营川莱、海鲜、中西快餐和风味小吃品种多达200余种。
公司本着"优势决定胜势"的经营策略,坚决将"安全卫生"这一优势做大做强。为此,公司不仅设立了专门的蔬菜培植基地,生猪宰杀基地,还聘请多名高级营养顾问现场指导,设立专门的督察部和技术部,对原料生产,原料配送,原料加工等环节层层把关,务必保证为学校师生、部队官兵及社会各界广大新老客户呈上安全、卫生、绿色的健康美食。
